Swegon's goal is to reach 100% renewable energy in operations by 2030. In the last two years, most of the offices and branches in Sweden, Germany and Ireland have been using energy from renewable sources. In Italy Swegon headquarters in Cantarana, electricity has been purchased entirely from renewable sources since 2021.
In recent years, Swegon has achieved a number of important milestones such as the adoption and development of product ranges using refrigerants with a low environmental impact (Low Global Warming Potential).
In the perspective of a wider project, some electric charging stations have been installed in Cantarana Plant.
