Wishing to create a ski resort that competes with Saint-Moritz, Baroness Maurice de Rothschild created the ski resort at Mont d'Arbois in 1920: construction of a hotel, ski lifts, an aerodrome and a golf course. Since then, the family has continued to shape this highly prized resort, which covers some 450 hectares and now houses the first Four Seasons Hotel: after three years of construction, this hotel and art gallery is the latest in family history. For the comfort of the prestige table located in the centre of the wine cellar, Swegon has provided a GOLD unit and an EPSILON + HP 9 condensing unit, equipment that ensures air treatment and comfort. For the server room, two DATATECH EDA 11.1 air conditioning units with remote condensers precisely regulate temperature and humidity.
