More details
Wishing to create a ski resort that competes with Saint-Moritz, Baroness Maurice de Rothschild created the ski resort at Mont d'Arbois in 1920: construction of a hotel, ski lifts, an aerodrome and a golf course. Since then, the family has continued to shape this highly prized resort, which covers some 450 hectares and now houses the first Four Seasons Hotel: after three years of construction, this hotel and art gallery is the latest in family history. In a chic and warm setting, blending into the Savoyard landscape, this 55 room hotel (including 14 suites) is composed of 4 cosy chalets and of course has all the ingredients of luxury: direct access to the slopes, two ski rooms, the possibility of organizing helicopter ski safaris, Spa in the Art Deco spirit, indoor outdoor swimming pool, areas dedicated to children, the Bar Edmond and two restaurants (including the 1920) and finally, a circular wine cellar with 14 000 bottles. At all levels (comfort, facilities, service), the 5-star establishment outperforms the Mégève hotel offer and is one of the most beautiful hotels in the French Alps. For the comfort of the prestige table located in the centre of the wine cellar, Swegon has provided a GOLD unit and an EPSILON + HP 9 condensing unit, equipment that ensures air treatment and comfort. For the server room, two DATATECH EDA 11.1 air conditioning units with remote condensers precisely regulate temperature and humidity.
