DALFA BAY is a mixed use commercial center under construction on the seaside of Beirut. The Center, has retail stores, restaurants, Gym , indoor swimming pool, and children amusement center. The Cooling and heating system is based on a variable primary systems using multifunctional chillers. The project has the following equipment:

- Qty=1, OMICRON V EVO 58.2 LN with Two chilled water pumps and two heating pumps both sides equipped with VFDs.
- Qty=2, KAPPA REV 54.2 LN, with Two chilled water pumps equipped with VFDs.
