Andrea Bottazzo, Business Unit Cooling & Heating Director at Swegon, had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from the Master in Management for Sustainable Firms at Università degli Studi di Padova to our site in Cantarana di Cona (Venice area).

Since October, these talented international students have been engaged in a project focusing on organizational design and sustainability, under the guidance of Professor Diego Campagnolo and Alessandro Rossi.

During their visit, the students presented the outcomes of their hard work to our management team and gained valuable insights through a tour of the BU C&H production site. This initiative provided an opportunity to exchange expertise with our managers and to benefit from fresh, innovative perspectives through collaboration with the Università degli Studi di Padova.

The project involved the participation of several Swegon representatives, including Andrea Bottazzo - C&H BU Director, Libera Anna Insalata - HR Director, Lara Bellesso - People and Knowledge Lead, Luca Grasso - Quality and Environment Director, Fabio Polo - C&H Head of Strategic Product Management, Alessandro Lora - C&H Business Development Director, Antonio Veronese - Sustainability Manager, Alfredo Diotaiuti - Production Manager, Stefano Bernardinello - Reseach Manager, and Chiara Volpin - Production Engineer.
