This new path started here, in our factory, to introduce students from ITIS Cardano and Liceo A. Einstein (Piove di Sacco, Italy) to our production site and design and research reality for continuous innovation. The following day, our team of Brand Ambassadors, led by People & Knowledge Lead Lara Bellesso and Electrical Design Manager Diego Giacometti, went to their classrooms to introduce them more closely to our company reality, values, and culture and then engage them in an intense chat about their background and their current experience at Swegon. These young students who are beginning to think about their upcoming professional careers are our Future, so let's help them make it a bright one.
