The Department of Economics and Management "Marco Fanno" will give training opportunities to enhance students' awareness and acquire both hard and soft skills crucially demanded by the job market, such as soft skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, the ability to tackle complexity, and communication.

The program includes meetings with managers and professionals from various business sectors. These sessions aim to provide more information on the transition from university to employment, the sought-after skills, and useful strategies for successfully managing the recruitment and selection process.

We will do Speed Interviews aimed at third-year Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master's degree students, recent Economics graduates, and alumni, who are looking for an internship or job opportunity.
