In collaboration with the University of Padua, the R.I.S.E. talent program is designed to provide talented students with in-depth experience in understanding the role of an engineer within a corporate organization and bridging the gap between academic theories and practical application, equipping them with the skills and experience needed to develop their careers.

Through the mentorship of a pre-designated internal team, students will learn how to collaborate effectively within teams and apply theoretical knowledge in real work scenarios.

Among 40 applicants, we selected three worthy engineers, who are involved in this talent program between the Operations departments of our Cantarana plant and the Kvänum factory, whereby they will spend three weeks in Italy and one week in Sweden.

The nominees for the R.I.S.E. program are true HVAC enthusiasts and have already authored several research papers.
