CUOA Kaizen Week

Master in Excellence. From October 17th to 21, Blue Box has hosted six students of the Master in Lean Management CUOA for a Kaizen Week aims to field test the techniques learned in class and to develop problem solving skills. The students have been working on possible revision of the two production lines which are assembled Chillers and heat pumps, related to products and processes, which operate with the logic of Mix Model and one piece flow, and so require a significant increase in productivity to meet the growing market demand.
