Kaizen Week in Practice for CUOA's Master in Lean Management

There's nothing better than experiencing with your own eyes what you have learnt in theory. During their Kaizen Week in our production plant in Cantarana di Cona (Venice area), under the mentorship of our Operation Manager Dario Pasqualon and Production Engineers Elisa Ballan and Alberto Bellon, they were able to put into practice how to analyze and stabilize the flow of two of our production lines that assemble Heat Pumps and Chillers, using lean tools. It was an honor to collaborate with the excellence of CUOA Business School and work together in a win-win approach, receiving excellent and appreciated feedback.
