From 3 to 5 February BlueBox hosted six students of the 14th ed. of the Master in Lean Management, organized by CUOA BUSINESS SCHOOL.
Supported by the internal team of continuous improvement, the students worked with passion and enthusiasm on the efficiency of a production line of units for precision conditioning, through "muda" hunt, the balance of the phases and the management of variability.
A mutual experience for both guests and the Company, given the fruitful exchange of impressions and suggestions.
